We operate as a Third Party Marketing Organization (TPMO) and connect Medicare-eligible individuals with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plan options from the carriers we represent.
Grace Rose Health Consultants currently represents Humana and UnitedHealthcare. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 2 organizations which offer 49 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY: 1-877-486-2048), or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
In the states of Florida and Oregon, we are licensed as Grace Rose Health Insurance.
